Foot Scrub - Coconut sugar foot scrub rids feet of dry skin, making feet feel smoother.

Dry Body Brush - Full body dry brushing stimulates nervous and lymphatic systems and rids body of dead skin.

Lavender Eye Pillow - A handmade eye pillow filled with flaxseed and lavender is warmed and placed over eyes during massage. Can take home after.

Warm Hair/Scalp Treatment - Warmed jojoba oil and you choice of essential oil is applied and vigorously massaged into the scalp and hair.

Aromatherapy - Choose from an array of essential oils for an aromatic experience.

Sound Therapy - Enjoy the sounds of tuning forks and sound bowls during your massage. Helps ease racing thoughts.

CBD ointment - Spot treatment using Pro sport level 5 CBD ointment. Applied during massage and take remainder home.


$10 Add On's:

Deep Tissue or Sports - Add more pressure and stretches to your massage

CBD oil - Full body massage with CBD oil. Has eucalyptus, tea tree and camphor for additional pain relieving effects.

Cupping and Gua Sha - Experience massage cupping and/or gua sha on area of choice (usually backside).

Face Mask - Hydrating Avocado mask to refresh the skin, followed by light cucumber face moisturizer.

Reflexology - Stimulate acupressure points on bottom of the feet that correspond with different organs and body parts. Pairs well with foot scrub or warm foot treatment. Perfect add on during cupping treatment.

Warm Foot Treatment - Foot massage followed by coconut sugar scrub. Feet are cleansed and cocoa butter is applied. Then feet are wrapped in warm towels. Add reflexology for $5 for an extra deluxe foot treatment!

Back Scrub:  End your massage with a coconut sugar back scrub. Leaves skin soft and moisturized.

"What is Cupping?": The cups create suction which increases blood flow to the area.  The suction pulls out the stagnation in the muscles and brings it to the surface of the skin, leaving the infamous cupping “marks”.  Cupping marks are NOT bruises. They are the result of stagnant interstitial debris being released during treatment and may last a few hours to a few days.

"What is Gua Sha?":  Gua Sha is scraping of the skin to stimulate microcirculation of the soft tissue. It is meant to increase circulation and rid the body of stagnation that is the cause of inflammation. Gua sha also helps to break up myofascial adhesions and helps get rid of stubborn knots. The scraping may cause the tiny blood vessels in the skin to rupture, resulting in the gua sha markings. However these fade fairly quickly, usually in a few days.

CBD, or Cannabidiol, is a non psychoactive chemical from the Hemp plant.  CBD works with our body's natural Endocannabinoid System to ease pain, inflammation, arthritis, depression, anxiety, and more.
